KLM has congratulated the Swissport team at Newcastle as their highest user of
E-Services. Globally, 49% of KLM's passengers enjoy the convenience of CUSS (common-user self service) kiosks. Swissport at Newcastle ended last year with an
excellent figure of 81%.
Gary Denson, Air France KLM’s Outstations Manager, told Andrew Turner, Swissport’s Station Manager “Great figures and for the second year on the run. This is a tremendous achievement as Newcastle has been constantly in the top 3 all year, but to finish again ahead of Amsterdam at the end of the year really sends the message to Headquarters that Newcastle are in this for the long term.
My thanks, to all as this kind of CUSS usage does not come without a lot of hard work from the staff.”
